KAST Partner Meeting Rooms are a great option for vendors to have an established space to host guaranteed sessions, have an individualized meeting space, and allow your team to have an area to collaborate and plan as needed . Meeting rooms combined with a Platinum or Gold Partnership are offered at a discounted rate.

Important Notes on KAST Partner Meeting Rooms
● Must be paid by November 1.
● Limited to a maximum of 5 Partner Meeting Rooms per day (similar capacities)
● Complimentary conference registrations are based on the sponsorship’s days. (see above table)
● Discounts for Platinum and Gold Partners are dependent on the sponsorship being paid at the same time or before the room sponsorship is paid.
● Sessions included with Partnerships will be included in the total number of sessions (not in addition to) and will take place in the sponsor’s room.
● Session titles and descriptions for sessions to be included on the Matrix and Conference App must be submitted to KAST by November 1.
● KAST will provide one poster to place outside the room recognizing the sponsorship.
Any other décor must be provided by the sponsor and must meet conference venue requirements.
● All rooms will be equipped with 1 display, 1 microphone, presentation sound, 1 presenter table, and wired internet. The The room setup will be theater unless a specific request is made to KAST by January 15.
