The 2026 KAST Conference
The Kentucky Association for School Technology (KAST) is excited to invite you to exhibit at the 2026 KAST Conference—Kentucky’s premier education technology event.
This conference and trade show will take place at the Kentucky International Convention Center (KICC) in Louisville, KY, from March 11–13, 2026.
Our previous conference was a tremendous success, attracting over K-12 and higher education, teachers, administrators, technology and media specialists, business leaders, legislators, and state and federal government agencies attended the 2026 conference. The exhibit hall is a highly valued part of the conference. Ample time has been built into the 2026 conference schedule to allow attendees to visit the exhibit hall.
New in 2026 KAST is offering Classroom Booths in the Exhibit Hall. Purchase a 20X30 booth and host sessions in the Exhibit Hall at your booth on Wednesday and Thursday.

The KAST conference is sponsored and managed by Kentucky Association for School Technology. KAST’s mission is to empower the educational community in the Commonwealth of Kentucky to infuse technology as an integral part of the educational process through advocacy and leadership, promoting educational excellence and supporting technology-based innovation.
Over 1,900 K-12 and higher education, teachers, administrators, technology and media specialists, business leaders, legislators, and state and federal government agencies attended the 2025 conference.
The exhibit hall is a highly valued part of the conference. Ample time has been built into the 2025 conference schedule to allow attendees to visit the exhibit hall, including expanded hours during Wednesday’s Grand Opening.
Vendors are welcome to apply to give a presentation at KAST 2026. The application will be available online beginning in September 2025. The deadline to apply to present is November 1, 2025. Session applications will be reviewed by the KAST Board for content and relevance, and approval notices will be emailed to you by late-December if your session is approved. Vendor sessions will be given second preference following educator led sessions. Sponsors will be given preference for vendor sessions. In addition, vendors may sponsor a session room (see Sponsorship Opportunities for details and pricing.)

You may reserve a booth any time, if the exhibit hall still has availability. Please note that the booths usually sell out prior to the conference. Early reservations are encouraged to secure a good location. There is no printed program deadline, as the entire program is only available via the Conference Mobile App KAST2026 in late January.
Booth spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Returning vendors and sponsors will be given advanced notice.
Select your booth location by viewing the online floor plan. Please make several booth selections from the floor plan in case your first choice is unavailable. Be sure to indicate if there are any companies that you would prefer to be located away from. Every effort will be made to accommodate your booth preference. Complete the online application to apply. You will receive emailed confirmation of your booth location and payment receipt or invoice, along with other conference-related information. Please be sure to include a valid email address on your application
